Drain, peel then mash.<\/li>\n<li>Add salt, black pepper, and spices to the potatoes and knead them.<\/li>\n<li>Shape the potatoes into fingers and place them in the freezer until completely frozen.<\/li>\n<li>Distribute the flour, eggs, and rusk on 3 separate plates.<\/li>\n<li>Take the amount of potatoes you need out of the freezer and heat the oil over high heat.<\/li>\n<li>Dip the potatoes in the flour until it is completely covered, then in the eggs, then in the breadcrumbs.<\/li>\n<li>Fry potato croquette in hot oil until golden.<\/li>\n<li>Take the croquettes out of the oil and place them on kitchen paper to get rid of excess oil.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>This spiced potato croquet recipe is a delicious combination of creamy mashed potatoes and aromatic spices encased in a crispy golden crust.<\/p>\n<p>This dish is very versatile as an appetizer, as a side dish to accompany your delicious main course, or as a quick dinner.
