We sanitize the shipments prior to shipping, and we choose the courier company carefully which also sanitize the shipments. Yet for your safety, please sanitize the shipment once received.

When will my order be shipped?


Can I cancel my order?

Yes you can. Please contact us within 1-2 days from ordering.


Where would my order be delivered to?

We deliver within the UAE to your home or your office.


How much is the shipping fee?

Shipping within the UAE is AED 28


What is the payment method?

We accept PayPal and CashOnDelivery (conditions apply)


When can I pay for my order?

You can pay Cash On Delivery or PayPal. Please note that if choosing to pay via PayPal; the order will be shipped after the payment has been made.


Do I need to be available to receive the shipment?

Our courier will contact you before dropping off your shipment and will arrange the delivery time according to your preference. Please try to receive your box as soon as possible to prevent product damage. If the shipment has not be collected within 5 days after being contacted by the courier company, it will be canceled. 


My shipment didn’t arrive, what should I do?

If you didn’t receive it within 3-5 days; please contact us and we will follow up. Please note that the shipments will be on Hold if the shipping date was during weekends or official holidays and will be shipped in the following working day.


What will be offered in my customized box?

It will include a variety of hand-selected products that suits your dietary needs. If you need a specific item, contact us and we will do our best to provide it in your box. For your safety, please be sure to inform us of all your dietary needs as we will not be responsible for any allergic reactions that may occur.


How can I use my promotional code?

You can apply the promotional code by applying it in the Promotional Code field on the checkout page.


Do I need to store the items in the fridge?

Most of the sent products do not need to be stored in the fridge, but we advise you to store them in the fridge if not used immediately.


I don't live in the UAE but I would like to get your products. What should I do?

We are working very hard to make it possible to ship to the GCC and middle east countries. In the meantime, if you're planning to visit the UAE, please tell us in advance to prepare your order before your arrival and we will ship it anywhere across the UAE.
