Ingredients:
- 1 can of tuna, drained
- ½ cup of Treat Me Gluten Free Bread Crumbs with herbs and spices
- ¼ small onion, finely chopped
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- ½ lemon (juice)
- ¼ teaspoon salt
How to prepare:
- In a bowl, mix eggs, mayonnaise, sriracha, and lemon juice and set aside.
- In another bowl; Mix the tuna, onion, parsley, and salt, then add the egg mixture and mix until the ingredients are combined.
- Mix and create small balls then press them slightly until flat.
- On a plate; crack an egg and put the Breadcrumbs on another plate. Dip the patties in the egg then the breadcrumbs. You can refrigerate the patties before frying
- The batties can be fried in a frying pan with a little oil or in the oven or air fryer.
- Garnish the patties with parsley and lemon and serve with your favorite sauce and side salad.
