We send you order within the next day from receiving the payment. This may subject to the availability of the products. Please note that we do not deliver during national holidays and on Sundays.

Of course, you can cancel the order if the shipment is not shipped to you.

If the shipment is shipped; The full amount will be returned without shipping fees

We deliver your shipment to your home or your office. Order from our website for deliveries across the UAE & GCC. 

As our products are food products, we cannot accept returns. If there’s any problem with the products, please contact us via email or Whatsapp with the photos to resolve the issue.

We deliver to majority of the cities in the UAE, but if you would like to check prior to ordering, feel free to contact us and we will check with the courier company. If we can’t ship to your area after placing the order, full order amount will be refunded.

For main cities: Delivery fees are 23 dirhams. As for remote cities; Delivery fees are 50 dirhams

We would like to note that the shipping fees for the Emirates will increase automatically after the weight of the shipment reaches more than 10 kgs

For shipping to the GCC; the shipping fee is automatically calculated when the client’s data is filled & according to the total weight of the shipment. There may be customs duties when receiving the shipment.

We accept credit card payment.

We also accept payments via Bank Transfer if placing an order via WhatsApp or DMs

Payment is upon ordering. 

All orders will be shipped after receiving the full payment.

If the products are available; your order will be shipped the next day and be delivered within 1-2 days in the UAE.

For some products such as granola; we prepare it fresh upon order and ship it after 2-3 days of your order.

If the shipment does not reach you within 3-5 days; Please contact us and we will check the matter.

For the GCC; Express Shipping is available for some countries, which takes about 4 days to be delivered. As for Economic Shipping, it may take 7-10 days.

Please note that the order will be shipped on the next business day if the day of shipping coincides with official holidays and weekends, and we cannot control the duration and time of shipping as soon as the shipments are received by the courier company.
