GENERAL TERMS

The website Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy may be changed or updated occasionally. Therefore, customers are encouraged to frequently visit both sections to be updated about the changes on the website. Modifications will be effective on the day they are posted.

QUALITY AND STANDARDS

Our products are made in a licensed and approved kitchen by Abu Dhabi Food Control Authority. We make sure that every product is made with a high standard and aim for 100% satisfaction from the client.

DELIVERY

Delivery is available across the UAE.
We use a third-party provider for the delivery service.
Please update us as soon as possible in case of any address change prior to shipping the order.
Once the delivery is on the way, we will not be able to change the address, where we will need to create a new pickup request that may affect the delivery timing.
We are not responsible if the shipment was damaged due to the client’s neglect upon receiving the shipment.

FOOD ALLERGIES

Please read the ingredients listed on every product’s page if you have any allergies.
If you have any type of food allergy, it is your responsibility to inform us, otherwise, we are not responsible for any food allergies that may occur as a result of consuming our food.

PAYMENT

All payments are made through a payment gateway. We do not process any payments.
Cash On Delivery payment is not available.

CANCELLATION

RETURN POLICY

We strive to make snack products that meet our customers’ expectations and that are delivered in excellent condition. In case you receive the faulty product, please email us on the same day you receive the order on customerservice@treatmeglutenfree.com with photos of the damaged product and we will investigate the case immediately. If we come to a conclusion that we were at fault, we will replace the faulty product and deliver a new similar product free of cost and free of any other charges.

CHANGE IN PRICES

Prices may be subject to change at our discretion, without prior notice. Prices of placed orders will not change.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All intellectual property rights in or relating to our website (including our text, graphics, software, photographs, and other images, videos, sound, trademarks, and logos) are owned by us.
