Ingredients
- Boiled fresh or frozen corn (as needed)
- 2–3 tablespoons melted butter
- Chopped fresh parsley or any fresh herbs (thyme, coriander, dill)

- Fresh lemon juice
- Grated cheese (regular or vegan, as preferred)
Preparation Method
- After boiling the corn well, allow it to cool slightly, then cut each cob into four pieces (be careful at this stage).
- Place the corn in a deep bowl, add the melted butter, and mix until all pieces are well coated.
- Add the fresh herbs and the herbs and spices gluten free breadcrumbs, then mix well.
- Add the salt at this stage if desired.
- Arrange the corn in a single layer on a baking tray or in the air fryer basket.
- Bake in the oven or air fryer until golden and crispy on the outside.
- Once done, sprinkle with a little salt, add lemon juice, top with cheese, and serve immediately.
Tips for Best Results
- Do not use too much butter to avoid making the corn too soft.
- For extra crispiness, return the corn to the oven or air fryer for a few additional minutes, flipping if needed.
- Serve immediately while hot for the best texture.
