Ingredients

  • Boiled fresh or frozen corn (as needed)
  • 2–3 tablespoons melted butter
  • Chopped fresh parsley or any fresh herbs (thyme, coriander, dill)
  • TMGF Herbs & Spices Breadcrumbs
  • Salt (if needed)
  • Fresh lemon juice
  • Grated cheese (regular or vegan, as preferred)

Preparation Method

  1. After boiling the corn well, allow it to cool slightly, then cut each cob into four pieces (be careful at this stage).
  2. Place the corn in a deep bowl, add the melted butter, and mix until all pieces are well coated.
  3. Add the fresh herbs and the herbs and spices gluten free breadcrumbs, then mix well.
  4. Add the salt at this stage if desired.
  5. Arrange the corn in a single layer on a baking tray or in the air fryer basket.
  6. Bake in the oven or air fryer until golden and crispy on the outside.
  7. Once done, sprinkle with a little salt, add lemon juice, top with cheese, and serve immediately.

Tips for Best Results

  • Do not use too much butter to avoid making the corn too soft.
  • For extra crispiness, return the corn to the oven or air fryer for a few additional minutes, flipping if needed.
  • Serve immediately while hot for the best texture.
