Ingredients:
- gluten free flour (maize starch, maize flour, rice flour, lentil flour, tapioca starch, thickener “plant-sourced”)
- organic coconut sugar
- cocoa powder
- baking powder
- vanilla powder.
To make the mixture, you’ll need three eggs (you can substitute with 3/4 of a cup of applesauce) and 3/4 of a cup of milk or plant-based milk 1/2 a cup of oil
How to make this mix?
- Grease a cake pan with oil and preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
- Combine the cake mixture, milk, oil, and eggs (or apple sauce) in a mixing bowl and thoroughly combine.
- Bake the mixture for about 30 minutes, then insert a toothpick to check the cake and remove it from the oven when the stick comes out clean from the mold. (When preparing the cupcake, bake for less than 30 minutes.)
