Ingredients:
- Gluten-free flour (maize starch, maize flour, rice flour, lentil flour, tapioca starch, thickener: “tara gum”)
- Natural cane sugar
- Organic rice milk powder
- Yeast
- Vanilla powder
- Cardamom
- Saffron
Preparation Method:
You’ll need:
- For one cup of the mix: 250ml warm water + 1 egg
- For the full mix: 900ml warm water + 4 eggs
Preparation steps:
- Gradually add the egg and warm water while mixing. The batter will be thin.
- Let it rest for 20 minutes.
- Prepare the frying pan on low-medium heat and brush with some ghee.
- Pour the batter into round shapes and let it cook on one side until bubbles form and the batter has a dry surface.
- Flip and let it cook for a few more minutes.
- Brush the Chibab with some ghee and serve with honey.
