Ingredients:

  • Dates (pitted and finely chopped)

  • Oil
  • Date syrup

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, prepare the gluten-free pancake mix as directed on the package.
  2. Add the chopped dates and ground cardamom to the batter and gently fold them in. Let the batter rest for a few minutes.
  3. Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat and lightly grease it with oil, butter, or even ghee for a richer flavor.
