Ingredients: gluten-free flour (made from maize starch, maize flour, rice flour, lentil flour, tapioca starch, thickener: tara gum), organic coconut sugar, baking powder, vanilla powder.
You’ll need 3 eggs (or 3/4 cup apple sauce), 3/4 cup milk, (or dairy-free milk), and 1/2 cup oil to prepare this delicious cake.
How to prepare it?
- Set the oven to 180°C.
- Very thoroughly oil the pan.
- Blend the cake mix, milk, oil, and eggs (or apple sauce).
- Bake the cake for about 30 minutes, then test it by inserting a toothpick into the center of the tin and until it comes out clean.
