Ingredients:
Gluten-free flour (maize starch, maize flour, rice flour, lentil flour, tapioca starch, plant-based thickener), organic coconut sugar, baking powder, vanilla powder, cardamom, Saffron
To make the cake, you’ll need 3/4 cup of milk or plant milk, three eggs or 3/4 cup of applesauce, and 1/2 cup of oil.
How to prepare it?
- Preheat the oven to 180°C and begin combining the cake mixture, milk, oil, and eggs.
- Oil the cake pan thoroughly.
- Bake the cake for about 30 minutes, then test it by inserting a toothpick into the center of the tin until it comes out clean. After less than 30 minutes, the cupcakes are checked.
Use nuts, roses, or shredded coconut to decorate the cake.
