Storage
- Keep in an airtight bag for up to two days at room temperature
- For longer storage, freeze immediately
Heating (check the heating steps here)
For soft bread:
- Spray the loaf with water
- Place in a hot pan
- Cover with a metal lid
- Spray the other side and heat until soft
For a crispy loaf:
- Brush both sides with olive oil or butter
- Place in a hot pan
- Cover with a metal lid
- Heat from both sides until crispy
In a toaster:
- Heat for 1–2 minutes after removing from the freezer
