Storage

  • Keep in an airtight bag for up to two days at room temperature
  • For longer storage, freeze immediately

Heating (Check the heating steps here)

For soft bread:

  1. Spray the loaf with water
  2. Place in a hot pan
  3. Cover with a metal lid
  4. Spray the other side and heat until soft

For a crispy loaf:

  1. Brush both sides with olive oil or butter
  2. Place in a hot pan
  3. Cover with a metal lid
  4. Heat from both sides until crispy

In a toaster:

  • Heat for 1–2 minutes after removing from the freezer
