Granola Vanilla Cake

This Granola Vanilla Cake is the perfect choice.

With our gluten-free Vanilla Cake Mix, you’ll get a moist, tender cake base, while the granola adds a golden, crunchy topping full of flavor. Best of all, you can mix and match with any of our cake mixes (Chocolate, Vanilla, Cardamom with Saffron) and pair them with any of our granolas (Original with Seeds & Berries, Almond, or Chocolate & Hazelnut).

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack of our Gluten-Free Vanilla Cake Mix (or any other flavor from our range)
  • 2 eggs (or 3/4 cup apple sauce)
  • ½ cup oil or butter
  • 3/4 cup milk (or plant-based milk)
  • 1 cup granola (choose from Original, Almond, or Chocolate & Hazelnut)
  • Some melted butter

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and line a 9-inch round or square cake pan.
  2. add the melted butter in the cake pan then sprinkle the granola.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the cake mix, eggs (or apple sauce), oil/butter, and milk until smooth.
  4. Pour the batter evenly into the prepared pan.
  5. Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Allow the cake to cool slightly before slicing and serving.

Serving Suggestions:

  • Serve warm with a dusting of powdered sugar for a simple, elegant look.
  • Add a drizzle of honey or caramel sauce on top to enhance sweetness and crunch.
  • Garnish with fresh berries or sliced strawberries for color and freshness.
